These Adidas shoes have cushion, they're very comfortable and makes my workout so much better! They're a smidge big. I ordered an 8.5 but if i had ordered an 8 i think they would've been too small. I run about 40 miles a week, and I got these to replace an older pair of Adidas (which held up for hundreds of miles of running on pavement, btw). They're super lightweight, well-cushioned and really don't need any breaking in--I went for a couple 3-4 mile runs just to test them out but then for a 12-mile run they were still perfect! I've gotten knee pains with new running shoes in the past (a couple pairs of Saucony shoes) but none of that with these. I have the ones in blue and yellow and always get compliments on the colors, too.
